Getting started
It depends on the event: how many guests, whether they pay you, and how custom the design is. Send the form and you'll get one flat quote. There are never fees on your guests' tickets.
Tell us your date in the form. Once we have your flyer or photos, most sites are quick to build, and if your date is tight we'll tell you straight away.
Your site lives at yourname.seemyevent.com. If you'd rather use a domain you own, mention it in the form.
Anything with a guest list: birthdays, weddings, showers, graduations, reunions, anniversaries, work parties. If people RSVP, it fits.
Yes. You get a private preview first. Ask for changes until it looks right, then share the real link.
Yes. Once you book, you can sign in with Client login to see your event, your proposal and where things stand.
Your guests
No. They open your link, type their phone number and RSVP. Coming back later on the same phone takes them straight to their invitation.
Yes. Link previews in group chats say "You're invited" and nothing else, you can block the guest of honor's number, and every page reminds guests to keep quiet.
You can, from your host dashboard, and we can, because we run the site for you. Guest names, phone numbers and email addresses are used only to run your event. We never sell or share them, and they're deleted 14 days after the event.
Money
Directly to you, the way you already take money: Zelle, Cash App, Venmo or cash. The site shows them how and when. You mark them paid from your dashboard and their door code unlocks.
When the quote works for you, we send a proposal you can accept online. A deposit holds your date and starts the design, and the balance is due before the site goes live. Your proposal lists the ways you can pay.
Changes and afterwards
The site goes offline the day after. You can still sign in for 14 days after the event to download your guest list, then it's deleted.
Changes to wording, photos, colors and event details are included until the site goes live. After that, small corrections like a new time, a different location or a typo are still included.
If you cancel before the design starts, your deposit is refunded. Once the design has started the deposit isn't refundable, but if you move the event to a new date, your site moves with it at no charge.
Yes. Ask before your event and we can keep it up for longer.
